January Detox - Day Two
I have decided this year to attempt a full month detox in January, by detox i mean no drinking rather than a full detox of grilled food and water.
A friend of mine who runs Love Smoothies has been doing a full January detox for the last 8 years, again just no booze, with the one get out Wild Card.
I will post updates about how it is going and will be accepting RFP’s for the wild card. I am going wine tasting with a client on the 9th, so if I don’t use it then I will have to spit out the wine.
I am currently 28 hours in, having my last drink at about 7am on the 1st of January.
Anyone else on detox?
